I have been bringing my cars here for well over ten years and have always had great experiences and worthy repairs! Today I brought in a new used car I bought for a diagnostic and recharge, and the whole thing was done in ~2 hours. The price was reasonable and my AC blows cold once again. Been coming here for awhile and every time has been great. Every time I come in they are quick, friendly, and try to get on your car the second they're done with others. If you need a spot to go come to these guys they will take care of your problems and send you on your way for a reasonable price.

A friend of mine recommended this shop as being affordable and trustworthy. My car needed some expensive repairs and I was looking for a good mechanic. I felt good about this place from the moment I walked in the door. They were very professional and polite, and took time with me to explain what they were going to do, and they answered all the questions I had. I had shopped around and they not only did great work on my car, but did a full inspection for free. The final cost was the most affordable I had found around town. I also like the fact that they're open later for those of us who work full-time. I'm glad I found this place and I will be going back.

I love this place! Driving across country my wheel bearing and three lug bolts decided to give up. Once I was able to get towed to Automotive Specialists Devon took a look at my car and got to work. He was up front with all the costs and time frame it would take to get it done. I had to get a hotel over night since it was already late afternoon. Devon hooked me up with a ride to the hotel! This is customer service at it's BEST! I've never had that anywhere else in the U.S. He got my vehicle in asap and got it finished early the next morning to get me on the road again. I'm so thankful!

Customer service like this is hard to find. My new mechanics n my family's I'm sending there. My car broke down at midnight and AAA towed it to this shop. In one business day they were able to diagnose, and repair my radiator (full replacement), air intake hoses, and serpentine belt. My old lunk now gets better mpg and runs cooler. Thanks guys for saving my rental costs!

Brian and his team are outstanding to work with! I brought my daughter's Mini Cooper to Automotive Specialists (from Sheboygan) for some preventive maintenance work (timing chains) as well as the replacement of the heater, and an oil consumption issue. They were very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. For what I had done to it the price was outstanding compared to other places. I'm in the automotive industry and would HIGHLY recommend Brian and Automotive Specialists to anybody that needs work done to their vehicle.

This is the only auto shop i trust with my vehicles. I have owned only german made vehicles and this is the only place that will work on german vehicles apparently. Or the only place with the intelligence to do so as every other shop here in town says they dont do work on german vehicles.

They did a good job. Took 2 hours to do a front wheel alignment not sure what alignment rack they use but usually takes 45mins-1hr to do a front wheel alignment with no inconvenience during the job. Either way they got the job done. I'd recommend them if you have time to wait. 4 stars.

Had engine repair work done on my son's 1998 Mercury. My husband called late on a Friday afternoon. Mark said to bring it in. He looked at it and give us a call before they closed. Mark had the vehicle back to us by Monday before they closed. He had 5 hours of labor on my son's car. Paid the exact amount that we were quoted. Car runs great. We will definitely be back. Made an appointment to check the air conditioning in my daughters VW Psaat. I figured the standard stuff, pressure test, flush system, sensor, find leak and repair it. I was expecting $600 plus for the job. 3 hours later I got a call that it was all fixed. 3 broken wires were found that controlled the air temp sensor. They repaired the wires and did the computer diagnostics. Problem solved for $200! Fast reliable service that actually fixed the problem. Also fixed a blinker problem. Bonus! I would recommend these guys 1000%. They could have easily flushed the AC system and refilled it but instead, they actually diagnosed the root problem and fixed it. It is hard to find honest reliable mechanics but I think I hit the jackpot here. They will get my future business and I will recommend them highly to all my friends. THANK YOU AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS!!!
