Expect an accurate diagnosis in a timely fashion followed immediately by a phone call with an easy to understand explanation of the work to be done including an accurate estimate. Their labor rates are very competitive and they have an excellent reputation around town. They service import and domestic. No matter what cars or trucks needed over the years, this shop was there to explain the situation so I could understand it. They stayed in contact during my repairs, I had no surprises and the work performed high quality and very affordable. Over the years I also owned several SAAB’s and any work I needed done, Automotive Specialists was right there to fix my problems. My only regret is not being able to continue to use their expertise as I have relocated.
